I work with police departments to negotiate and comply with a consent decree.

I design ways to proactively work with community members, hear their needs, and improve the police/community dynamic before tragedy strikes.

I help communities and the police sworn to protect them come to understanding after key instances of police brutality and during the ensuing unrest.

I advise real estate developers, startups, and corporations on strategies to support community and police-led collaborative public safety initiatives.
